Description:
Volunteer 15 hours each week in Thailand in exchange for free room and board. Conversation Partners are placed in Bangkok. Weekends are usually free for Conversation Partners to explore local sites. The Need: Volunteer 15 hours a week helping groups in businesses with Conversational English. Businesses include financial groups, import/export, hotels, etc. Tutors live in apartment studios and are given a stipend for meals. Qualifications:
Conversation Partner volunteers must be native English speakers. They need to have earned a college diploma and be in good health. Placements are available year 'round and range in duration from one to three months. Statement of health from a doctor is required.
