Accounts Assistant

Dates: begin in 2009 for 2 years

Description: The Accounts Assistant's tasks include high volume data processing, customer service and administrative assistance in the Accounts Receivable team.

The job is primarily concerned with the processing of payment data into our Sponsorship database. Excellent computer skills are essential for this job plus an enquiring mind and capacity for hard work. A sense of humour also helps!   

Qualifications:
Requirements:

-Two years commitment on a stipend type salary.
-Fluent in spoken and written English.
-Demonstrated initiative and common sense.
-Demonstrated excellent attention to detail.
-Minimum 2 years professional administrative experience operating a computer in an office environment.
-Proven 2 years experience using email daily in a professional environment. -Microsoft Outlook experience well regarded.
-Proven 1 year experience processing data from multiple sources into a database. -Microsoft Access experience well regarded.
-50 wpm typing skills.
-Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
