Description: While we have some positions to be filled overseas, we specialize in arranging volunteer placements based on a combination of your interests and local needs. This means that rather than us telling you what to do, you tell us what type of opportunity you are looking for and why you want to volunteer. Based on this, we will connect you with one of our partners where we work.

This ensures that the volunteer placement is most applicable to you, and also ensures the most valuable experience for our overseas partners. There is a wide range of subject areas in which you may be engaged including:

* HIV/AIDS
* Education
* Community development
* Social work
* Health
* Children's rights
* Gender equality
* Environment

You can learn French or Spanish, and we will work with you to create a balanced schedule of language learning and volunteering.

We are experienced at arranging research placements (usually undertaken by grad and post-grad students).
