Description: Assist in the distribution of materials for the different programs of Access to Empowerment International which are:
Classroom in a Box
This innovative program provides schools around the world with boxes of school supplies to furnish classrooms for a year. Each "Classroom in a Box" includes such items as individual chalkboards, chalk, children's scissors, crayons, books, flashcards and paper.

Education Resource Program
Faith Community Schools in Ghana, West Africa and LLCC Orphanage in Mexico are two organizations receiving our support. They have received essential items such as teacher funding, backpacks, books for the library, computers, a DSL line for the computer lab, developmental toys and books for a
preschool.

University Program
This advanced education program provides communities around the world with assistance in starting and developing institutions of higher learning. Access to Empowerment provides consultation to local leaders, college textbooks, computers, technical assistance and funding. Currently, AEI is partnering with Eastern University of Ghana, West Africa. When completed, this university will be only the seventh liberal arts university in the country of Ghana.

Teacher Training
This program aims to equip teachers around the world with up-to-date teaching strategies and best practicies - moving them far beyond the traditional teacher credentialing or degree. A comprehensive toolbox of effective teaching aids, the Teacher Training program provides educators with the assistance they need to teach effectively in the 21st century, no matter where they are in the world.

Highlights:
What Drives Us
Many children in developing countries are unable to obtain even the most basic education, continuing the cycle of poverty.

13% of the world's children have never been to school. 32% of children living in the least developed countries do not attend primary school. Only 28% of children living in the poorest countries attend secondary school. In many regions throughout the world, girls are more likely to miss out on primary school than boys. This is what drives Access to Empowerment's work.
