Description: The Expanish volunteer teaching and education opportunities partner with schools, educational institutes, and organizations working to promote education throughout local communities. The programs concentrate on various educational fields, including teaching English to children in local villas- which are slum-like neighborhoods, working with children at local community centers, educating at-risk women and children, teaching employment skills, educating communities on health related issues, and teaching local youth everyday skills.

Volunteer Opportunities in Education Include;

* Volunteer Teaching English
This opportunity takes place in a local villa where teachers will teach English to local children though books, games, activities, etc.

* At-Risk Women and Children Volunteer
This program focuses on teaching women and children various everyday skills, including important skills, such as general job skills as well as proficiency in local trade.

* Education and Youth Outreach
This program allows volunteers to teach English, communications, sports, and more while working to strengthen local communities.

Highlights: The Expanish Volunteer Program completes its package with a wonderful downtown institute that is also home to our premiere Expanish Language School. In our downtown location you will find a wonderfully cozy environment with a knowledgeable and friendly staff available to answer all your questions and concerns. Expanish volunteers are welcome to check out the weekly activities board as well as sign up for excursions. The Expanish building is a great place to meet other travelers and build lasting friendships during your time in Buenos Aires.

- Age: 18, some specific placement available for minors.
- Experience: None
- Spanish: Options for absolute beginners through advanced speakers. Beginners are highly recommended to take Spanish language classes, which can be taken through Expanish!
- Insurance: International health insurance is a requirement.
