Description: CTUSM is glad to invite volunteers to breathtaking summer workcamp in Russia. The camp is organized for at risk youth to facilitate the process of their socialization. The program of camp includes games, trainings and seminars directed to development of their skills and labour adaptation.

Activities are expected to rise the participants to higher professional level, to give more career opportunities and to strengthen their competitiveness.

We need active volunteers interested in having their internship in the camp. Interns will be responsible for organizing creative activities, games and studies. They also should be ready to make a presentation about their native country and culture.

Aim of the camp: to organize summer vacation for at-risk youth and to improve their professional skills needed for successful labour activity and material wellbeing.
Tasks:
- To employ teenagers during summer vacation
- To form an aspiration for self-improvement and facilitate the adaptation to the social environment
- To raise responsibility for implementing work
- Help in working out and realizing personal professional plan

Activities for at-risk youth within the work camp imply the advancement of their skills in the financial sphere, including the field of job placement, labour activity, personal finance management, and legal competence.

Activities within the session conventionally may be divided into three parts: labour, training, sports events, entertainments.

The process of training being the most important part of the program includes theoretical teaching, practical training and unassisted research. It is planned to carry out the following work-shops: Real success stories, Personal finance management, Time management, Job interview, Home accounting, etc.

Highlights: The camp is located in a picturesque place in the forest. The program includes many exciting activities.

- To be at least 18 years old
- To be able to organize creative activities, games and studies
- To be able to foster a positive environment
- To be able to maintain a positive example in daily living situations
- English/German/Russian language skills (any of the listed)
