Description: The organisation you will be volunteering with works with several care homes in Romania, each taking in abandoned, orphaned or abused children. Volunteers will involve themselves with the day to day activities of the children's homes which are often under staffed and in desperate need of volunteers.

The contribution that you can make is vital to the welfare and development of the youngsters. They have a great need for warmth, kindness and care, to show them that life can be different to what they may have previously experienced in their young lives.

* You must be over 18 years old.
* Previous experience of working with children will help but is not essential.
