    Johannesburg,  Kruger Park

Durations of Program: 1-2 weeks and 2-4 weeks
Typical Duration of Program: 2-4 weeks
Dates: 2, 3, 4 weeks (longer may be available)

Description: You are invited to join in the work at the centre with the beautiful cheetahs, and be involved in saving this incredible species from extinction. The volunteer programme is designed to introduce you to the fascinating world of a host of African wildlife, as well as to the incredible cheetah, and to work closely with those running the project in all aspects of reserve management. We are also able to offer you the chance to work on the reintroduction project where you will be actively assisting in reintroducing cheetahs back into their natural habitat. You will be playing a vital role in raising and training the cheetahs (training begins from the age of three months) to prepare them to hunt for themselves, so that the projects' goal of contributing to increasing the numbers of free-roaming cheetahs into the wild can be realized.
