LeadEarth: Make a difference, Lead the way. Adam LeAdam invites you to take part in a Tikkun Olam mission to Israel and to the fascinating region of Tamil Nadu, South India. MASA LeadEarth offers 15 future leaders the opportunity to participate in an 8 month volunteer program in the fields of social empowerment, sustainable development, environment and informal education. The volunteers will work together with the local communities of 11 villages and will take part in the building of an Eco-farm and training center. MASA LeadEarth will give you the opportunity to interact, live and learn with the local communities of Tamil Nadu, South India and make an impact upon this region. MASA LeadEarth offers three main components: * Part one: The Israeli experience. Participants will share five months of professional studying and training in the fields of environment, sustainable development and project management with Israel peers. * Part two: Professional field work in India. Participants will volunteer in an ecological and educational project for three months, gaining valuable hands on experience. Participants will work on community empowerment and will be trained to lead independent social action initiatives. * Part three: Building the future. A closing seminar advancing long term Jewish-Israeli worldwide Tikkun Olam enterprises. LeadEarth alumni will use the knowledge and professional experience they have acquired to run future projects. What is included? Israel: Accommodation on an organic farm (Hava VeAdam) in the Tel Aviv area, full board, transportation, academic level studies, professional courses, social & cultural activities, medical insurance, diploma. India: Flights, visas, accommodation, full board, transportation, full medical insurance, professional training and support. The cost of flights from the participant's home country to and from Israel is not included.

Qualifications:
* Individuals that are college graduates or have experience in social action or environmental awareness projects.
