If so, CCUSA's Volunteer Experience Programs are excellent opportunities to help those who are truly in need. Positions are unpaid in monetary terms, but you will gain valuable skills, great friends from across the world, useful experience for your resume, and the knowledge that you made a lasting global difference. Volunteer Experience Asia: CCUSA offers a wide range of Volunteer Programs in several countries throughout Asia. Cambodia, China, India, Nepal, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam! Volunteer for as little as 2 weeks all the way up to 6 months at a variety of important social, educational, or environmental projects. Programs allow you to practical, hands on experience teaching, community building, dommunity development, health care practicing or programming, as well as environmental or conservation focused programs. Programs fill up quickly, and there are a variety of opportunities in each country: Cambodia: Spend 13 weeks immersing yourself in urban Cambodian life while helping students improve their English skills. Volunteer Experience China: Opportunities to teach English in an urban setting. Volunteer Experience India Opportunities to work with disadvantaged communities in Kolkata (Calcutta), India. Volunteer Experience Nepal Options include a variety of education health, childcare, and community aid programs. Volunteer Experience Philippinnes Options to volunteer in urban and rural areas teaching in day cares or schools, community health care, environmental conservation, as well as community building. Volunteer Experience Thailand Opportunity to work with wild animals in a sanctuary focused on their quality of life. Where possible, the animals are reintroduced into the wild. Volunteer Experience Vietnam Options to volunteer in an orphanage or teach English in a school or University. Volunteer Experience Latin America: CUSA offers a wide range of important Volunteer projects in several countries including Costa Rica, Ecuador, Honduras, and Peru! Volunteer for as little as 2 weeks up to 6 months with a variety of projects that focus on education, the environment, community building community health, and cultural immersion! These programs provide you with practical experience on many aspects of the fields above. Programs run year round, and there are a variety of project opportunities in each country. The projects fill up quickly, however, so apply now! Volunteer Experience Costa Rica: Opportunities to work in turtle rescue projects along Costa Rica's Pacific and Caribbean coasts. Volunteer Experience Ecuador: Opportunity to volunteer at one or more of 6 different biological reserves, contributing to biodiversity conservation, community development, and sustainable use of natural resources. Volunteer Experience Honduras: Opportunities to volunteer and live in rural communities teaching, childcare, community health, community building and conservation projects. Volunteer Experience Peru: Opportunities to volunteer in childcare, teaching, construction, healthcare, as well as cultural and conservation/wildlife projects. Volunteer Experience South Africa: CCUSA has partnered with You To Africa to offer a host of life changing Volunteer Opportunities. We offer 18 different Volunteer Project options to make a world of difference, ranging from Environmental conservation projects on coastal and wildlife reserves, working with youth in orphanages and hospitals, and working to assist struggling impoverished communities. These are exceptional and unique opportunities for globally and community minded individuals with a desire to make lasting changes on behalf of individuals, communities, and the environment. Projects are ongoing throughout the year, each ranging between 2 and 8 weeks in length. Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Volunteers also have the option to extend their program up to 12 weeks as well as do two different programs back to back.

Qualifications:
All Volunteer Experience projects require extremely committed and self-motivated participants who are willing and able to work and live outside of their comfort zone. All Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and in good physical and mental health. Some programs are suitable for volunteers up to 65 years of age. Maturity and independence are crucial and the ability to help our wherever needed is an important quality. Flexibility is also important as you may be asked to fulfill a variety of responsibilities and the specific project you are hoping for may not be available at the time of year you wish to participate. Final program eligibility is up to the individual project leaders.
Cost Include Description:
Costs for programs include all administrative and placement fees, assistance with visa information, in-country orientation, accommodation and designated meals, and some ground transportation to project.All program applicants also receive comprehensive fundraising guide to give you tools to raise funds for your own program costs prior to your departure.
