Affordable Voluntary Service Projects in Ghana!

Durations of Program: 1-2 weeks, 2-4 weeks, 5-8 weeks, 9-12 weeks, 3-6 months and 7-12 months

Description: VFP offers over 3000 affordable, short-term voluntary service projects in 100+ countries, including 15 in Ghana each summer. These international voluntary service projects is a chance to participate in meaningful community service while living and interacting in an intercultural environment. Volunteer projects vary greatly since they arise wherever there is a need in a given community.

Most projects are limited to ages 20 and up. Voluntary service projects are usually from May through September and are of 2 to 3 weeks in duration, although there are projects available in the 'off-season.' A USD 300 per-project registration fee includes accommodation and food. There may be a small additional fee for projects in developing countries including Ghana.
