Workcamps in Italy and Europe
Description:
Volunteers will help families, social communities, parishes, youth associations in different areas (manual or social works). They work 8 hours in a day and weekends are free to visit touristic places or leisure activities.
Highlights:
Accomodation is plain (tents or shared rooms). Sometimes volunteers need to cook their own meal but they don't pay for this but generally meals are cooked by the organization and they eat together. Workcamps are also good opportunities to meet with new culture, people and countries. We believe that working in a internatinal team to make real a mutual aim, cooperating with local community and exploring new ideas and experiences can be helpful to enlarge your horizons.
Qualifications:
Minimum age to participate is 18. Ibo workcamps are open to every kind of people without any specific qualification. The most important point is the motivation, being open-minded and adaptaion ability. Beside this, volunteer will share the places (bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.) so respecting towards to people and rules is so significant.
