Description:
A) USA Wildlife Sanctuary in Florida from GBP959 The Wildlife Sanctuary is dependent on volunteers to support the centre and help care for the orphaned, injured and rescued animals. Resident animals range from big cats, such as cougars, leopards and tigers to wolves, primates, bears and native American animals. During your time at the sanctuary, some of the activities you may be involved may include: - Animal care - Cleaning cages - Food preparation and feeding - Cage construction - Fund raising - Data entry - Grounds maintenance - Sorting fresh produce, rotating food supplies and enrichment. B) USA Ranch Volunteers from GBP1,599 Live ranch life to the full with activities such as horse riding, cattle gathering, branding, trail riding and ranch chores. Campfires and scenery straight from the big screen make it perfect for horse-loving travellers! C)USA Wolf Sanctuary in New Mexico from GBP959 Help change people's opinions of wolves and wolf dogs, and care for those that have been neglected and abused. Take the chance to to discover the attractions of rural New Mexico too. D) USA Conservation in Hawaii from GBP459 Cultivate your interest in botany and nature on the paradise Island of Kauai. You'll help the flora thrive by carrying out tasks such as planting native species and clearing trials in the Hawaiian forests. E) USA Monkey Sanctuary from GBP599 Help care for unwanted, abused or neglected primates at this tranquil rescue centre in central Florida. You will work hard, make great friends and return home having had an extremely rewarding experience. F) USA Conservation In Nevada from GBP499 Help protect some of America's most beautiful lakes, mountains, deserts and national parks. You'll build dry stonewalls and create trails that won't spoil the scenery, and then camp under the stars at night! G) USA Gibbon Conservation from GBP759 Work with some of the rarest groups of gibbons - small, endangered apes. Through this project, you can get involved with all aspects of their care and efforts to keep them from extinction. H) USA Wildlife Rescue In Texas from GBP459 Work with orphaned, injured and often very cute wildlife! Bottle-feed fawns and take care of baby squirrels, baby opossums and many other creatures. You can also put any carpentry or mechanics knowledge to good use.
