Description:
This project will need a volunteer who can develop a project plan for at least three RUDEC projects and these will help the project to have have funding and be able to sustain.

The qualifications needed for this project is just that the volunteer should be willing to stay for at least for about 6 months and should have a degree in business planning or master in project management.

Rural Development Centre (RUDEC)'s Mission Statement: The mission of the RUDEC is to promote diverse community efforts focused towards the generation of income, social wellbeing, improved nutritional status, and enhanced livelihood for all.
The purpose of the RUDEC is to create employment opportunities and support small farm and home-based small businesses using organic farming, thus fighting poverty in rural areas by creating awareness on the sustainable management of natural resources
The means of fulfilling the mission and purpose of the RUDEC is to provide training, education, support, and other learning and health activities that enhance the quality of life of groups and individuals including children, youth, adults and older adults.
