The nonprofit organization Proyecto Mosaico links volunteers to partner organizations in Central America (Guatemala, Nicaragua and El Salvador) so that the local population and the volunteer benefit from the experience.

Qualifications: Anyone between the ages of 18 and 99 can work as a volunteer through Proyecto Mosaico and most volunteer work placements do not demand prior work experience.
