Description:
Designed for young adults who are considering a life of surrender to God, of self-less service, and are seeking training and life experience to help them on their journey. Interns will interact deeply within a community and will teach in a local school. Prior teaching experience is not necessary, only a strong desire to connect with children and to make a positive impact. Please note: All program fees received help to pay the basic expenses of the intern or volunteer. Any remaining funds help to support the property payments, building and maintenance, food and living expenses for staff, scholarships for other interns, and supplies for further outreach, and to build a global network of self-sustaining orphanages. We are a non-profit corporation. Scholarships are available based on financial need. We are finding that life is like a river, and so is journey we call The Revolution Project. As the final destination of a river is oneness with a lake or the ocean, the final destination of life is oneness with God. As we continue to surrender as an organization, we are finding that our own expectations are continually being challenged to a greater and more exciting flight. So...we encourage you to begin your conscious revolution now in your own heart, to let go of attachments, expectations, and judgments of what things "should" look like, now in your life, and when you arrive here to The Revolution Project. Let the river flow.

Typical Volunteer: The internships with The Revolution Project are designed to maximize the experience of the intern. Rather than having a very rigid, set structure for the internship, we allow the intern to guide his/her own journey, with the staff of The Revolution Project as servants, to assist him/her. Our goal is for you, the intern to experience the beauty, wonder, and peace of discovering yourself. We are here to assist you...you are the pilot.

The Revolution Project's Mission Statement: To motivate and facilitate young people toward self-discovery and global consciousness through love in action. We hope to accomplish this through the activation of a higher physical, mental, and spiritual consciousness in the youth of the world. We seek to provide life-changing experiences and to motivate young people through living in community, participating in, and exploring the arts, natural conservation, organic farming, travel, adventure, and self-less service. Some of our goals include: Building a global network of self-sustaining orphanages; Maintaining traveling musical and theatrical productions; Creating an international university of the arts. Our sincere hope is that our interns will receive personal revelation through their experience and will discover who they were made to be. Above all things, we seek to love purely.
