Business Mentoring
Kenya
Durations of Program: 1-2 weeks, 2-4 weeks, 5-8 weeks, 9-12 weeks, 3-6 months and 7-12 months
Typical Duration of Program: 2-4 weeks
Dates: Open
Description:
Small businesses in Kenya are often run by people with huge drive but few formally acquired skills. Your experience can help them to unlock their talent, even in a short time. You will be mentoring, not doing - think chats over coffee, rather than squinting at a computer screen. We can help you to have a unique experience that builds on your own skills and allows you to have a real impact, whether you have days, weeks or months to spare. Your experience can help your Kenyan mentees to unlock their talent and to move their businesses to the next level. We will arrange accommodation and food, and our fee includes induction training, matching with entrepreneurs, and access to full support in-country.
Highlights:
Kenya is one of the world's top tourist destinations, and deservedly so. It is renowned for its wildlife, and its national parks offer a unique opportunity to see animals such as lion, giraffe and elephant in their natural environment. Our location at the heart of Kenya's Rift Valley, less than two hours' drive from the capital, Nairobi, is perfect for exploring all that Kenya has to offer. We can help you to arrange safaris and to visit the coast through our expert Kenyan partners, Let's Go Travel, to spend weekends in nearby national parks, and to go on wonderful evening walks as the sun sets. There are also numerous golf courses in the area. You can choose, of course, to spend some time on holiday in Kenya at the start or end of your assignment.
