Description: This non-governmental organization based in Kumasi was set-up to address selected problems confronting the vulnerable youth and the disabled in the community. They are committed to working with orphans, street children, school drop-outs, and cases of unintended pregnancies, physical abuse and illiteracy. When it began, the NGO's first activity was to teach five young women basic dressmaking skills in order to help them develop a sense of self-worth while giving them tools to earn a living. Currently, the NGO serves around 250 at-risk youth.
