Teaching volunteers are more than welcome to participate in our schools in wide range of educational and professional backgrounds including English, math, music, manual arts, gymnastics and sports among other academic areas. Our schools and ELEP welcome any volunteer who has a desire to share educational knowledge with students who are eager to learn. Our efforts are geared toward underserved populations who do not receive proper educational support and are therefore relegated to an unending cycle of poverty. Volunteers will collaborate as teachers' assistants working side by side with Ecuadorian teachers, although in certain times they will be working as the principal teachers.
