Mada Clinics International's Mission Statement: Mada Clinics International was set up to accommodate volunteers who wish to come to Northern Madagascar to make a difference to the people who live there. Volunteers will work at a clinic established in 2003 and should be prepared to stay a minimum of two weeks. We welcome people who wish to spend time in a small Madagascan village, living a simple lifestyle, eating simple food, sleeping in simple huts and sharing a common goal with the people who work at Mada Clinics to help the local people in whatever way they can.
Whilst we welcome volunteers with medical experience, anyone who is willing to devote time and energy to the local people will be rewarded with unforgettable memories and knowing that they will have contributed to improving the lives of the local villagers.
There are many research projects which need to be undertaken, both medical and environmental, as well as assessments of the local biodiversity.
