Description: We are a family in the centre of Mallorca looking for help to develop our small holding. 'Can Jaume' has 11,000 sqm of land.

Minimum stay is two weeks. Duties include: weeding, clearing, planting, irrigation, taking care of animals, (Dogs, cats, chickens and 1 pig!) and general maintenance of the property.

Working hours are 25 hours a week.

Accomodation is in the two bedroomed guest casita.

Volunteers will be provided with food to cook for themselves in the casita or BBQ area, or they can choose to eat with the family.

Highlights: Hours are flexible. The area is close to mountain walks, horse riding, Palma's historic city centre or any of its famous beaches.

Inca city centre is a 20 minute walk where public transport can take you in any direction.

Qualifications: The only qualification needed is the willingness to work!

Experience Required: no

Typical Volunteer: A Typical Volunteer must be outgoing, willing to work on their own, following instructions but showing common sense. Must have an interest in the outdoors, animals and family life. Will probably want to spend their free time exploring Mallorca.
