Bolivia Volunteers's Mission Statement: Bolivia Volunteers is a non profit charity placing volunteers with projects serving the many underprivileged of Cochabamba and Santa Cruz. We aim to make a difference, not a profit, and all surplus funds are donated to the projects. Our volunteers work in a variety of placements including animal welfare, conservation, sports coaching, the environment, orphanage support, street children, and teaching assistant projects. Accommodation is provided through Family Homes so that volunteers are able to play an active part in a traditional family life and the local community. Through our programmes, volunteers experience the customs, traditions and cultures, architecture, cuisine and leisure facilities of Cochabamba and Santa Cruz, whilst helping those who need it most.
