Bridges to Community, Inc.'s Mission Statement: Bridges to Community organizes and facilitates international cross-cultural service trips for volunteers to live and work in materially poor communities. The purpose of these trips is to help our volunteers see how a vast majority of the world's population lives, by living in a materially poor community, meeting people with a different way of life, and sharing in the effort of making real changes in their community -- by building a family a house, helping dig a community well, assisting with health workshops, or any of our other projects.
