Becoming a volunteer in Ecuador is an exciting and rewarding experience that will change your life. Let Experiential Learning Ecuadorian Programs (ELEP) introduce you to this extraordinary country and the warmth and hospitality of its people. Living and volunteering in Ecuador, you could help enrich the lives of Ecuadorian needy people by sharing your skills, your worth and your time. Your input and contribution also helps mobilize and motivate the youths to seek better opportunities. Our main goal to create a global understanding by encouraging volunteers to assist with our community development and volunteer mobilization programs. The programs further enrich your experience, knowledge, understanding and offer you the opportunity to discover other cultures, yourself, lifetime friends, great fun and a memorable vocation. ELEP designs and delivers cheap-affordable and suitable volunteer programs for everyone and provides educational opportunities to students. ELEP places individuals and groups of all ages and backgrounds in two- weeks to six-month community development projects in humanitarian, educational and environmental fields. ELEP program partners with development organizations and communities throughout Ecuador and you as a volunteer can participate in ongoing projects making a meaningful contribution by living and volunteering in this developing country, gaining in this way a great and unforgettable experience where you will get a whole new perspective of the world. Choose from a variety of challenging and rewarding positions, including volunteering in a health center, working with street children or in an orphanage, helping at a community construction for the poor, working in general conservation, or teaching English, collaborating in animal care centers or veterinarian clinics and many other volunteer positions. Having nearly a decade of experience with over 800 volunteers from all over the world, we saw a great need to create and provide services to foreign volunteers. The goal of the organization is to make sure that the less fortunate members of the community are reached by the fortunate communities of the world. Your voluntary experience around the world would never be complete if you don't visit Ecuador. Remember: The experience of a lifetime awaits you and ELEP and Ecuador can make it happen...come for it! As an applicant for a volunteer placement you definitely have many questions.
