Description: Orphans I can say are the most deprived and vulnerable people in the society that need help and support. They suffered too much due to their statues.

You are therefore vivaciously called upon to come and put smile on their faces.

Over there,you will be teaching the orphans,playing with them,giving them some health care, taking them out, taking care of them.You will also be dealing with HIV infected orphans or the ones that their parents died from HIV/AIDS. By doing so,you will bring smile on their faces and let them know that there is hope for them.

Qualifications: There is no qualification needed for the Volunteers and Internship for this program to be successful. Anybody willing to Volunteer and help orphans is welcome

Cost Include Description:

* Volunteers will be picked up at the airport to their work place and registered to work with VARA.
* Volunteers will be accommodated throughout their stay in the country.
* Food will be provided for the volunteers on three meals a day basis.
* Volunteers will be given all needed information to them feel at home in our country.
* The Executives of the organization will be entirely at your disposal while volunteering.
* Quick respond will be given to all issues raised.
* While in the country, you will be given basic lessons about the local languages.

Volunteers for Amelioration of Rural Areas (VARA)'s Mission Statement: Volunteers for Amelioration of Rural Areas (VARA) is going to ameliorate the rural areas by supporting education and health care delivery in all forms, providing potable water, assisting the needy and orphanage in all these communities. VARA will provide contribution towards maintenance of the environment, and micro-finance with the aim of eradicating poverty. Also particular attention will be given to rural areas activities such as indigenous designing and making of cloth as well as agriculture.
