Description:
Want to teach in Palestine? We have new positions beginning 1 September 2008. - Volunteers will teach evening English classes five days a week - Volunteers will work with both children and adult students - Volunteers will have vacation time during all school holidays - Housing and a modest stipend are provided Recent graduates and retired adults are welcome to apply! Spouses, groups of friends and families may volunteer together.

Typical Volunteer: A typical volunteer will teach evening English classes five days a week. The classes will take place in the evening and will be divided into age groups (from kindergarten to adult). The volunteer will have a fixed schedule and will teach no more than 20 hours a week and will observe all school holidays. We will find the volunteer an appropiate apartment near the school, and excellent, affordable public transportation is available. Please contact us with questions.
