Description:
The volunteer or intern will have to train children or actors in the community who are willing to learn theater art. He/she will form a theater team to work within the community on themes as Theater for Development, Environment and Sensitization of People About HIV/AIDS through Theater Art. He/she will have to love planning for fundraising means for the project.
Qualifications:
The volunter or intern will have minimum diploma in theater art. This volunteer should have the skill and ability to accept other who are willing to learn.

Rural Development Centre (RUDEC)'s Mission Statement: The mission of the RUDEC is to promote diverse community efforts focused towards the generation of income, social wellbeing, improved nutritional status, and enhanced livelihood for all.
The purpose of the RUDEC is to create employment opportunities and support small farm and home-based small businesses using organic farming, thus fighting poverty in rural areas by creating awareness on the sustainable management of natural resources
The means of fulfilling the mission and purpose of the RUDEC is to provide training, education, support, and other learning and health activities that enhance the quality of life of groups and individuals including children, youth, adults and older adults.
