Description: Lightmen Collaborate is a small company working for the last 25 years in the enchanting Himalayan kingdom of Nepal in various fields of volunteering and project work. We operate a small mountain farm/conservation project and a natural retreat/training centre in the foothills of the Himalayas in a very picturesque place which can be used and visited by volunteers, interns, students and for project outings etc. We have our own home stay accommodation in very good places in Kathmandu. We have extensive experience of handling overseas volunteers including research, training, placement and other works. We create and assist on various projects and programmes. We help volunteers to find projects to work with and also help projects to find volunteers. We arrange specific volunteering opportunities in your area of interest including teaching, teaching in Buddhist Monasteries, orphanage, medical, information technology, nature and jungle conservation, journalism, heritage conservation, village community development, business development and micro industry development.

Our objectives are career development, professionalism, exposure to new experiences and future needs delivering best results and high satisfaction to all involved. We handle all volunteer matters such as airport receiving, orientation, training, placement and all other required services. Highlights: Selection and Support

Orientation and language training.

* Supervision
The Chief or Departmental Head or other senior staff of the organisation where volunteers are placed will supervise volunteers.

* Accommodation
Local home stay will be provided in a good and central location with all the required amenities, goods, food. It will have a good room and pleasant environment.

* Debriefing and Certificates
Certificate/reference provided.

* Disabled Policy
If disabled volunteers come then we will create a good placement for them. Disabled volunteers can send their biodata and inform us of their field of interest in volunteering.

Qualifications:
- Minimum A level (intermediate level - 10 plus 2 level).
- More qualifications and any skills are advantageous.

Health Requirements:
- No restrictions except for any
