Coined Spanish School in Chile

Highlights: The Spanish School in Santiago de Chile is in a very nice neighborhood called Providencia; set in a wellpreserved ancient building, with typical whitewashed walls and red-tile roofs. The Spanish school has a very friendly atmosphere, so students can feel at home.

There are two main subway stations just some meters away from the Spanish school as well as bus stops; so the school building is very easy to reach.

The school has 6 classrooms, a multimedia room with flat T.V., home theater, DVD and Audio System; a kitchen with microwave to heat your food, a hot & cold water dispenser; a meeting room; a cyber room with free Internet access for students and a front and backyard to spend your class breaks in a sunny environment.

Coined Chile's Mission Statement: COINED is known as the "Comision de Intercambio Educativo", a non-profit organization active in the field of intercultural exchange and international education since 1971. Our first Spanish school was founded in 1985 as the academic branch of the organization. Today, we have offices in Cordoba, Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Ushuaia, and Mendoza, in Argentina and in Santiago de Chile, Chile. Thousands of students from around the world have taken Spanish courses at our schools and have joined our cultural immersion programs. Through the cooperation of a number of former participants, COINED has evolved into a dynamic organization, constantly thriving for the highest standards in quality and on the lookout for new services to offer. At COINED, we believe in mutual respect among different cultures and nations, which leads us to create opportunities for intercultural learning through our study abroad programs.
