Description: We offer short and longer term placements in Buea, south west province of Cameroon. Projects are based in Buea and the surrounding rural communities near Mt. Cameroon. We offer programs working with HIV/Aids awareness, teaching English, orphanage child care assistance, woman's support, construction/building projects and medical placements in small clinics. Volunteers are expected to work 40 hours per week and are provided accommodations and meals, round trip airport transfers, project placement and supervision and in-country orientation on arrival.

Typical Volunteer: Volunteers accepted from all nationalities, backgrounds, professions and skills. We prefer volunteer 18 yrs and older. Volunteers are those searching for a different sort of vacation, on a career break, a retiree, or a gap year student. We expect volunteers to travel with an open mind, a caring nature and a sense of humor!
