Description:
The program offers about 75 placements for international volunteers to stay for one year in Germany and share the life and work of an anthroposophic social institution. Most of the host projects are active in the field off care for disabled people or care for elderly people. Please ask for further information.

Qualifications:
We look for people who: - bring along a strong individual motivation for voluntary work within a social institution, especial with mentally disabled people. - are open towards sharing the life within a socially orientated community - are seeking for self-awareness and are willing to gain experiences within a new cultural and working context. Applicants have meet the following condtions: - at least 18 years old (no uper age limit) - have basic german language knowledge - do a two weeks practical work experience before application in their home country

Cost Include Description:
The voluntary service is free of charge. Participants only have to take their travel expenses to Germany and back home themeselves. Volunteers receive during their service - pocket money, 150 EUR per month - free insurances (health, third-party and acccident) - free board and lodging - 20 days of reflection seminars in Germany within an international group as well as staff support - travel costs to the seminars during ther voluntary service
