Description: The program offers about 75 placements for international volunteers to stay for one year in Germany and share the life and work of an anthroposophic social institution. Most of the host projects are active in the field off care for disabled people or care for elderly people. Please ask for further information.

Highlights: 20 days off refelction seminars within an international group.

Qualifications: We look for people who:
- bring along a strong individual motivation for voluntary work within a social institution, especial with mentally disabled people.
- are open towards sharing the life within a socially orientated community
- are seeking for self-awareness and are willing to gain experiences within a new cultural and working context.

Applicants have meet the following condtions:
- at least 18 years old (no uper age limit)
- have basic german language knowledge
- do a two weeks practical work experience before application in their home country

Cost in US$: No participation fee

Salary / Pay: 150

Typical Volunteer: All are welcome who are motivated to take part in an intercultural program and have a real personal motivation to work with handicapped or elderly people.
