Highlights:
United Planet's Quests offers volunteers a unique blend of work, cultural immersion, and fun. All ages and skill levels are invited to apply. Everyone has something to offer! Ecuador Day Care Quest: This project takes place in the capital of Quito in a center that strives to better educate and develop children in a poor community. The center has a daycare morning program for children 5 months to 6 years old. In the afternoon, school children come to the center until their parents leave work. These children range in age from 6 to 12 years old. Volunteers will help teachers in caring for infants during the mornings at the kindergarten. During the afternoon volunteers will teach the older children computer skills and English. In addition, volunteers will help with other play and sports activities for the children.
