Description:
We are a new Kindergarten (3 to 5 years old) school in Pisaq town in the Sacred Valley (45 minutes from Cusco city). The children are native Andean from the community of Pisaq. (Spanish and Quechua speaking). We are looking for volunteer teachers of any alternative peace oriented approach to work directly with the kids. A basic level of Spanish is required to establish communication. Open-mindedness, tolerance and compassion are skills we would like to transmit to our children through teachers example behavior.
Highlights:
Great Location: Pisaq town is located in the heart of the Sacred Valley, under the Pisaq Inca ruins and surrounded with sacred mountains (Apus). Local people are humble simple artisans and agricultures. Work directly with the local kids and teachers in the school. Close to MacchuPicchu and the Inca Trail.

Cost Include Description:
Program fees support our school economy in the forms of children's materials and local salaries.Program fees include: accommodation in town and be part of a beautiful comunity. The program fee also includes some trips to Incan ruins, alternative activities, medicine plants ceremonies and visits to rural communities.
