Description: You don't have to be a doctor or nurse to become part of the volunteering staff of this children's hospital where they have a huge need for donations and all types of duties!

Work with Little Children at a Hospital in Cuernavaca, Mexico!

Highlights: Everyone is more than welcome to take part of this volunteering/internship program starting at 16 years of age and up! No prior experience is neccesary only the willingness to help out in whatever they may need at this hospital.

Qualifications: None, but if qualified doctors, nurses, psychologists, etc would like to participate, they're more than welcome!

Cost Include Description:
In case of not knowing Spanish, the teachers/volunteers will have to take Spanish lessons and this has an extra charge/cost depending the lenght of studies, the lessons, teaching material, the excursions (in case of wanting to participate in them) and the registration fee for the lessons and placement for the volunteering/internship have to be paid seperately. The lodging can be arranged by TLALOC or by the participants. Please ask about the current housing available.

Typical Volunteer: Most of our volunteers want to paritcipate in the orphanages, but in this case there“s also a big need for people to come over and help out in this hospital where children with different problems need to be taken care of.

Instituto de Idiomas e Intercambio Cultural TLALOC's Mission Statement: TLALOC's main purpose is to become a leading language institution in teaching Spanish as a second language for foreigners. TLALOC strives to help the students to learn the Spanish language in a highly and efective method, especially the way it is spoken in Mexico with a motivated method that is at an affordable price. We also promote mutual cultural experience from Mexico and Latino America. As a plus, TLALOC has different volunteering and internship opportunities so that the participants can help out in make a big difference in the sorrounding poor communities that arise every day in Mexico.
