Description:
Our flexible "combination" volunteer programs let you travel and perform humanitarian work in various countries of your choice, at some of the lowest rates available to anyone seeking volunteer opportunities. Travel to Teach offers quality volunteer programs in 11 countries. All are designed to provide volunteers with a cultural experience whilst helping and working alongside the local community. Travel to Teach's combination programs are ideal for Gap Year students who want to volunteer in several places in multiple countries, and even on different continents. Our South East Asian programs are well suited for such combinations. Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia all have very distinct and very strong cultures, they are geographically close, and there are many ways to travel between them. We are flexible with when you start and finish each program; for example, volunteers can work in Thailand for a month, spend a month or more travelling around Asia, and then volunteer in any of our other countries.
Highlights:
Make volunteering a part of your backpacking trip! Create your own combinations and check on our discounts! Travel to Teach was created in 2002 by volunteers in Thailand. We felt that the idea of volunteer work, and of contributing to the countries whilst visiting, was too great to be left to big-profit making western companies to explore. We felt that by working out of a developing country we could keep moderate fees, create working opportunities and maintain closer contact with the volunteers, the communities, and the projects. Since the very beginning all the western people who have been involved with T2T have been volunteers wanting to stay on and help. This has helped us create programs that volunteers find valuable and rewarding.

Teach English and Computer skills to the poorer parts of the world where too little education is provided.
