Description: Volunteers can choose from a variety of opportunities to make a difference in Nepal including: teaching English, working at an orphanage, health care, environmental conservation, and community development projects.

Through volunteer camps and village-based volunteer programs, volunteers promote mutual friendship, world peace, and solidarity in addition to enriching their own experience and making a meaningful contribution to a Nepalese community.

Highlights: Located along the ridge of the Himalayan mountain range between India and China, Nepal offers a splendid venue for international students who have a sincere desire to experience and learn from a unique culture, religion, and people. The geographic diversity of Nepal ranges from the sub-tropical Terai region in the south, with an elevation of only 300 feet above sea level, to the top of the world. This amazing geographic diversity along with the equally awesome cultural diversity and social harmony offer unlimited opportunities for international volunteers to explore one of the most beautiful countries in the world.
