Description:
Uganda, referred to as the Pearl of Africa, is a landlocked country in East Africa. This nation has some of the most diverse groups of animals ranging from the endangered mountain gorilla to the common chimpanzee. With a large number of ethnic communities, Uganda is also very culturally diverse. We are offering you the opportunity to travel to this East African country through 27 different volunteer programs. Many of the programs are centered on children and education but are also offered in environment and health services.
Highlights:
As a long-term volunteer, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain an even deeper understanding and appreciation of a foreign land and culture through humanitarian service, language and intercultural training, cultural learning activities, and exploration.
Qualifications:
Capable to work with orphans, maturity, flexibility, common sense and spoken English. To care for the children in need playing with them and teaching some lessons to them working as (care guide). Teaching, Drawing & playing with children, Music & Sports .
