Description:
Are you interested in exploring a new culture whilst contributing to the development of some of the world's poorest communities? ICYE-UK is currently looking for motivated and open-minded individuals to take part in voluntary and cultural exposure projects in Kenya, Uganda and Mozambique. We can help you to find a project to suit your interests and to use the skills you have or wish to develop. The projects we offer are diverse and could range from coaching a community football team in Uganda to helping AIDS orphans in Kenya. Our programmes are flexible to fit the amount of time you can give; projects vary in length from 2-16 weeks. No previous experience is necessary; we are just looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to experience something new and exciting. ICYE-UK is part of an international volunteering network and is a registered charity. A participation fee applies and we will support you in fundraising for this cost.
