Description:
This Workcamp is organized with an aim of promoting a solid basic education for the populations of the rural area. A particular stress will be laid on the education of the girls. It is also envisaged classes to avoid illiteracy of the women and adults. These workcamps will be held in the form of summer school. The volunteers will have to give various courses It will be organized at the end an examination which will be sanctioned by attribution of the prices to most assiduous students. These prices will be composed with school articles and of the payment of the school fees of the pupils. These summer courses are important for the young pupils of the rural area who do not have the same conditions of education like those of the cities. They are also a solution to solve the crucial problem of teaching staff shortage. Five hours daily are assigned to the courses in the morning and afternoons can be devoted to educational animation socio to the children. School stationery is distributed to the pupils and the establishments at the end of the courses. Also activities on sensitizing against STD/HIV/AIDS are also envisaged. NB: it is requested from the volunteers to bring school articles (books, excercice books, biros, pens, pencils, felts, instruments of geometry ...) for gifts. Work to be made: It is a question of giving courses to the primary education in the following subject matters: Maths, Orthographies, Grammar conjugation, vocabulary and French, English, Physical sciences and Maths with the College.

Languages accepted: French, English Qualifications: The only needed skill to participate in these work camp is motivation and to be eager to help.
