Several USA programs enable you to work directly with students of all ages: Volunteer projects in Mississippi, Montana, Minnesota, and West Virginia need tutoring and community development assistance. You can work with American Indian, Appalachian, African-American or Immigrant students in rural or economically-impoverished communities. A real resume builder! Or, volunteer abroad with students in Brazil, China, Romania, Poland, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Greece, Mexico or Jamaica. Teach English language skills, work on peace projects, or assist with rural development. Search our web site to find just the right program to match your training and interests. J-term and spring break dates scheduled; student and alumni group discounts available.

Global Volunteers's Mission Statement: "Adventures in Service". Founded to help advance peace, racial reconciliation, and mutual international understanding between peoples of diverse cultures through short-term volunteer service on long-term community development programs. We maintain partnerships with local leaders and indigenous host organizations worldwide and mobilize up to 300 teams of volunteers annually to work alongside local people on work projects central to their advancement.
