Description:
The clinic provides free services to the indigent of the region. This placement is primarily for medical professionals and medical students. Located on a hillside overlooking Lake Atitlan and the town of Santiago, this is a beautiful location to help out.

Medical student, or medical professional.

Typical Volunteer: There is no typical ELI volunteer. We work with people from all over the world and a variety of backgrounds. ELI has placed volunteers ranging in age from 18-81. Successful volunteers are flexible, upbeat, energetic, and inquisitive.
