Description: We have several volunteering and internship openings for restaurants & hotels like hosting, waiting tables, receptionists, chefs, etc. Inquire in case of wanting to know about another specific restaurant or hotel job.

Highlights: All the students must speak at least 50% or in an intermediate level of Spanish in order to be accepted, otherwise, they'll have to take a 2 week intensive Spanish course with us or any other school of their choice before participating as volunteers or interns.

Qualifications: In most of the volunteering and internship programs, the students don't need previous experience at all, except for some jobs, so please inquire about those agencies that do require specific skills. Speaking Spanish is a must!

Cost in US$: It varies from USD 80 to USD 375.

Credit Available: yes

Salary / Pay: In most cases salaries are not offered for the volunteers at all. Ask us about those agencies who provide housing and board.

Typical Volunteer: We haven't had anyone coming to participate in any of the restaurant and/or hotel volunteering/internship openings yet. Hopefuly, you'll be the first one to join us. We strive to have students from universities to participate in the volunteering/internship programs at the same time that they could study Spanish, we have students that already speak Spanish and therefore, they don't need the lessons, they just come to volunteer.

Scholarships are Available. depending on each situation, we help our prospect students to receive a 10% up to 50% discount, as long as they can prove us that they have a low budget or that they're coming for longer period of time.
