Highlights:
Imagine miles of quiet forests and shimmering lakes - and you've got a pretty good idea of how the areas around Piotrkow Trybunalski (Central Poland) look. More than half of the land here is covered by forests, the area boasts over 50 lakes, and, because of the region's peculiar Cold War past, this natural wonderland remains relatively untouched by tourism and somewhat undiscovered.
