Description: Community driving volunteer projects: Health Care, Environment, Business, or Education. Work on grass roots development projects in Peru, Belize or Mexico. NGO Internships are based on your skills and the needs of our host communities. Help vaccinate children, teach reading, reforest depleted ecosystems, or educate small businesses.

Programs are highly supported by an onsite staff team and welcoming community partners. ProWorld, founded in 1998, is a true leader in the fields of study abroad and international development.

Teams of ProWorld Project Coordinators work year round with our host communities assessing needs, thinking creatively, and setting long-term goals for sustainable development and volunteer projects. Programs start every month of the year. Enroll now!

Cost Include Description:
Program fees support our host community economies in the forms of project materials purchases, local salaries, host family payments, and local purchases.

Program fees include: full room and board, domestic transportation, Spanish classes (Peru and Mexico), 24 hour safety and medical services, and funding of development projects and internships.

Based on your location the program fee also includes weekly trips to Incan or Mayan ruins, cultural activities, or snorkeling the barrier reef.
