Volunteer: Make a Difference while Experiencing Adventure!

Description: Looking for a mind-blowing volunteer experience? Join CCSV-Nepal Volunteer Program! This amazing month-long journey allows you to do it all: help the community, and experience the awesome splendor of the Nepal Mountains.

Volunteer program takes you to Nepal, the land where the world's tallest Mountain Mt. Everest lays. Here, you'll live with a Nepalese host family, improve your Nepali in daily conversation classes, and make a difference in the local community. To top it all, you'll embark on one final challenge: a weeklong trek into the heart of the Annapurna base camp! The best trail trek in the world!

Teach English or work in the orphanage and Stretch your limits with a week-long trek into the "Annapurna Base Camp". Working with local Nepalese Villagers and Orphans Children is part of the experience! Take this opportunity to see Nepal as it really is & far away from the activity of the major cities. You will return to your country, with true appreciation of not only the spectacular environment of Nepal, but also the warmth and generosity of its people.

Highlights:
* Upon your arrival in Kathmandu, you will have a chance to visit some of the historic places, temples and palaces, as well as many of our projects that your funds will be benefiting.

* Stretch your limits with a week-long trek into the Breath taking Beauty of the Annapurna Mountains. It is a classic walk right into the heart of the mountains. The walk ends at a point where you are surrounded by soaring Himalayas peak.

Qualifications: Project Skills Required:

Volunteers need to be independent, enthusiastic and adaptable. Whatever your previous background and qualifications may be, with the positive outlook you bring with you, your other attributes can be put to good use.
