Description:
Hut warden in the mountains of the Tongariro National Park. Based at a hut, information source, assisting hikers, minor hut and track maintenance, contact for Search and Rescue, hut and environs cleanliness and hut/camp pass duties. Conservation projects at each hut. Normally 5 days in the mountains and 2 days out. Accommodation and food allowance.
