El Rubi, (which is where they are located). There are many other CREAD rehabs around the city; T2T chose to work with this one because it is one of the ones that has less external founding. We lend a hand by teaching them English and Computers in the hopes that once they are out of the center they have tools that they can use while looking for a job.
