The elderly care center of La Ceiba needs the help and encouragement of volunteers like you to help the residents live a happier, more fulfilling life. Together with local organizations in La Ceiba, Global Crossroad gives volunteers the opportunity to work with these elderly people and make a significant difference in their lives. In the volunteer Honduras elderly care program, you will help the residents with several activities such as cooking, gardening, teaching them English, bringing the Lord's word, keeping the residents company and talking to them. The presence of the volunteers brightens their day and brings joy to their lives.
