Description:
These challenging and fulfilling volunteer projects are a great way to experience Nepalese culture ' whether you're looking for an internship to enhance your career, or you just fancy a career break. Projects are working for a new paper, Radio, FM, Television Company. We also have media-based awareness projects promoting the rights of women and children. You can also get involved in performing arts administration by helping with project design and raising awareness of the organization. Now, journalism is growing phase in Nepal. We have seven TV channel, 10 radio station and lots of daily, weekly and monthly News papers. Work as an intern in radio, television, newspapers, or magazines. Depending on the internship, your work could include writing, reporting, researching, conducting interviews, photography, video, broadcasting, graphic design, editing, and coming up with ideas for stories/features.
Qualifications:
- above 18 years - no major health problem

Cost Include Description:
Emergency evacuation services, Food, Housing, In-country orientation/Training, In-country staff support, Pre-departure orientation/Training, Registration fees, Travel while in host country, Written materials abroad and Written materials pre-departure.The program fee covers: 1 Administrative charge, 2 Accommodation with host-family, 3 Meals with host-family, 4 Placement 5 Local Clubs and Schools donation 6 Contribution to various projects. 7 Scholarships for the Poor/Orphan Children. The other costs you will need to meet are: 1 Airfare 2 Travel insurance and corresponding airport departure taxes. 3 Visa: visa (a 60 days tourist visa is only $30US, the extensions are $30US per 30 days with three renewals possible with in a year), 4 Meals outside of host family 5 Activities outside of program (extra sightseeing, etc.)
