Description: Volunteer needed to support the organization's fundraising. Major tasks are related to grants writing and funding research. Writing and research abilities are pivotal, either in English and Spanish.

Qualifications:
- University Degree (Sociology, Psicology, Social Work or related)
- Mastering Spanish
- Writing skills
- Computer literacy
- Research skills

We highly value experience in grants writing and funding research.

Typical Volunteer: A typical volunteer knows well what the term "interculturality" involves, and so is open-minded, flexible, humble and friendly. S/he knows Spanish well so is able to communicate fluently with native, indigenous people from the region.
